CA LECET is governed by a board of trustees representing the California-based affiliates of the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA) and the community of LIUNA-signatory contractors throughout the state of California. These industry leaders are drawn together in a collaborative effort to advance the mutual interests of the union sector of the construction industry, and to increase the union sector's market share.

The day-to-day operations of CA LECET are carried out by the Executive Director and his staff.

CA LECET is a professional organization dedicated to the competitiveness and growth of the California Union Laborers and their signatory contractor partners. Our primary mission is to create and implement strategies which establish and support long-term cooperative partnerships, and to generate productive opportunities through increased market share. Our first priority is to be responsive to their market-based needs by adding value, innovation and quality through the products and services we offer.
